?Devising user stories based on hypotheses and data

?Planning of product functions

?Product UI design

必須條件

?Design design skills to be able to incorporate the vision you want to achieve into a realistic UI design

?Graphic design skills to be able to turn the designed design into a graphic UI for the application

?Communication skills to work closely with product owners and engineers in the conception, design and development of the product

?Linguistic skills to explain the intent of the designed design to other professionals.

?Experience using graphic creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and prototyping tools (Sketch, XD, Figma etc.)

?3+ years of experience in UI design for web and client applications

?English or Japanese skill

?Submission of a portfolio: one that clearly shows your role (attachment of a separate sheet is acceptable)

?Programming knowledge such as HTML / CSS / JavaScript

?Knowledge of psychology, cognitive psychology, sociology, anthropology, etc.

?Experience in training designers
